Description |
Graze, opened in mid 2006, is set in the heart of the Brunswick Square district of Brighton and Hove on the site of a previous fine dining establishment 'Quentins', a very popular eatery for almost twenty years. A full refit resulted in an opulent yet unpretentious interior which has drawn on the history of both the Recency surroundings and the famous 'Brighton Royal Pavillion'.
Holding two AA rosettes, head chef Gethin Jones' menus feature intricate seven course tasting menus and an ever evolving Modern British a la carte.
