Danesfield House Hotel and Spa is the third house since 1664 to occupy the remarkable setting overlooking the River Thames, near Marlow. The current house was built in sumptuous style at the end of the 19th Century. It is now very much a luxury hotel cleverly balancing the traditional grandeur of the Victoria period with all the modern day comforts you would expect.

Oak Room Restaurant
The stunning bleached oak panelled dining room provides the perfect stage to present head chef Adam Simmond’s award winning cuisine. Designed by the famous Anouska Hempel, the dining room is the perfect balance of traditional grand Country House elegance and contemporary style, providing exceptional results.

Orangery Brasserie
The Orangery Brasserie is situated in the beautifully light and airy conservatory overlooking the stunning terrace and gardens. The brasserie style menu provides cuisine with the emphasis on delicious, light and healthy food.

Cocktail Bar & Wine Cellar
The Wine Cellar at Danesfield House currently features over 700 wines for unique diversity and balance and the very best of each varietal. Many of the wines have been chosen to specially match and enhance the flavours of chef Adam Simmond’s cuisine. In addition to this extensive wine list our Oak Room Sommelier has selected 8 wines by the glass to match and compliment Adam Simmond’s seven course tasting menu.

The Cocktail Bar is available from 11am to 11pm and is a charming location for pre and post dinner drinks. Along with the vast wine cellar, The Cocktail Bar boasts an extensive collection of whiskies and Cognacs.

Meeting rooms include: The Danesfield Suite, The Chiltern Suite, The Marlow Room, The Hambleden Room, The Versailles Suite, The Henley Room, The Victoria Room,The Cellars.
