Head Chef Adam Simmonds' passion for excellence, his superb technical ability, remarkable consistency and ambition are clearly demonstrated by the achievment of these awards.

"This is such an honour for me and i'm just so proud of my team here at The Oak Room. We have been working so hard for the past eighteen months and it has finally paid dividends. However the hard work is continuing as we put the final touches to our autumn menu.
This has been a fantastic week not only for me but the whole team at Danesfield House. I have had 4 rosettes before which was incredible but it feels sweeter to be awarded them a second time around".
