Tessa Shreeve
Managing Director

Tessa set up Design Restaurants in 2005, and its parent company Vision Marketing in 2000 - a specialist marketing agency for Hotels, Restaurants and leading sporting clubs. She holds a worldwide background in developing loyalty and CRM programmes for many of the major luxury hotel chains and boutiques such as Shangri La, Mandarin Oriental, Pan Pacific, Hilton, Marriott, Meridien Group, Omni Marco Polo and Sheraton Hotels with responsibility for delivering F&B spend in over 250 outlets.









Victoria Haran
Operations Director


Vicky joined Vision Marketing in 2001 and was instrumental in the set up of sister company Design Restaurants. Her background before joining was tailored around the hotel industry holding key front of house and sales and marketing positions in some of the UK’s leading Country House Hotels. Also Marketing Director for a Regional Radio Station.

Claire Robinson
Business Development

Claire was a former Account Director for CbH Marketing Communications in London responsible for McVities Penguin, Kelloggs, Canderel, Yoplait Dairy Crest & Pork Farm Bowyers. She has also been a TV and Radio News Reader for Bahrain Radio and Television Corporations whilst in the Middle East and is an accredited Life Coach.

PR Manager

Henrietta joined the team in July 2008 with a background in luxury brand marketing and PR. Her last role as Marketing and PR Director for Cliveden Country House Hotel gives her the perfect background for understanding the sensitivity of discreet 5* service and standards. She also runs Brooker Bird Marketing and works independently with several luxury clients.

Sales Supervisor

Paula comes from a very strong spa and beauty background where she held various positions as a Training Manager, Sales Training Manager and Field Sales Representative and is a fully qualified therapist. Working with us for over 1 1/2 years looking after members and restaurants and is a key account executive for several partner hotels and spas.

Andrea Hewitt
Sales Executive for Key Accounts (Polo)

Andrea manages our Guards Polo Club membership operation together with key restaurant and hotel accounts. She is a Londonite and comes from a fashion background as Head of European Sales for Donna Karan and as a Manager for Foxtons and Senior Sales for Knight Frank Estate Agents.

Membership Secretary

Pam has a background in Direct Marketing for financial services companies such as SAI Services and TSB Trust Company where she was a Media and Print buyer. Most recently she has enjoyed working in reservations for a five star hotel, booking both rooms and spa appointments.







 

Melanie Pearce
Sales Executive

Business Development and Marketing Management have been at the core of Melanie's working career for Hewlett Packard for 7 years with responsibility for policies, budgets and campaigns. Most recently, whilst bringing up her children, she has worked for Vie at Home (formerly Virgin Vie) with recognitions for top regional sales. As a member long before working with us, Mel is totally sold on why everyone should join.

Sales Executive


Nicola is an aspiring and talented actress having already done the Los Angeles circuit. Confident and bright her working background includes Spa Operations for MacDonald Hotels in Frimley and computer programming sales consultant. She works on a variety of our hotel projects promoting Design Restaurants and our affiliated hotel loyalty programmes as well as seasonal promotions for Guards Polo Club social membership.

Tim Moore
IT Consultant


Tim manages Design Restaurants and Vision Marketing's network infrastructure, database and IT systems and also assists with the ongoing development projects ensuring technical specifications are met. Coming from a strong IT background, Tim has all the necessaries to ensure we keep up with advancing technology and forsee our members requirements.

Suvi Bowman
Sales Executive

Suvi's career has spanned legal secretarial roles with the BBC and PA to the controller for BSKYB before a relative career change to develop her customer service and sales skills in multi-media and subsequently specialist recruitment. She is also a trained Beauty Therapist. Suvi has also been a member of Design Restaurants for years before joining us so her first-hand knowledge and drive for aiding customers is a fantastic combination.








Michael McGlynn
Sales Executive


Mike is responsible for new member acquisition. A wisened dealing partner with a long history in the Financial Futures Exchange. The most genteel professional with successful forays in marketing, design, publishing and production. His background chiefly within sales, communications and process management draws him out to be progressive, highly able and extremely customer focused.
Gwen McLaughlin
Sales Executive


Steeped in a military background as a PA to the Officer Commanding for the Army in Germany and the UK, Gwen has boundless energy and is fantastic fun. A travel industry background preceedes, and this fresh and inspiring lady was an immediate success with our members. She is tasked with developing our restaurant and member portfolio for Northern England and Scotland.
       

Nadia Bergman
Sales Executive


Multi lingual and vastly experienced internationally in luxury event planning for blue chip companies prior to setting up her own relocation business for expatriates in Russia and the Baltics. Nadia relocated back to the UK and brings a wealth of world class hotel and restaurant experience which she is able to perfectly utilise in advising gourmets.

Toni Rees
Sales Executive


Energetic, flamboyant and enthusiastic Toni sales and marketing career started for a design firm before being lulled into the world of recruitment on government projects. A deep passion for fine dining, intuitive and with a natural flair for customer services makes her an exceptional member of our team.
