Description Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr is working in collaboration with Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, to create a comfortable, exclusive, yet delightfully approachable dining experience in a landmark setting.

Roux at Parliament Square breaks the mould and embraces new and modern European cooking styles under the talented young chef, Dan Cox. Light and inspired classic dishes such as loin and belly of Gloucester Old Spot, glazed heritage carrots, mustard gnocchi, and caramelised apple mille feuille with green apple and tarragon sorbet have been 're-visited' by Dan using modern techniques and stylish presentation. Dan sources seasonal produce of the highest quality, lifting flavour and respecting the integrity of the ingredients.
